Burroughs head coach Jesse Craven shared his thoughts on his team’s performance versus the game last season, “It was a totally different situation, I wouldn’t compare the two, our guys played tough in certain situations and we have a lot to improve on.”

Harvard Westlake’s head coach Aaron Huerta shared his thoughts on the team’s shutout loss to Burroughs, “We can’t win football games when we make mistakes as we made a lot of them tonight.” He went on to say, that Aaryan Mehoi Williams made some good throws and that, he has to protect the ball and not commit turnovers.
